The bravest hearts are the ones who face their fears and do it anyways. On the other side of the unknown is everything we’ve ever wanted. Believing in the light at the end of the tunnel is what carries us through until one day, it will all make sense. For now, all we have is the present moment and trust to go through the process of our greatest unfolding.

We have everything to lose and only what matters to gain. When we learn there is nothing to fear, except fear itself, we begin to see that we already have everything we need within us and there is nothing to be afraid of. This is where we begin to remember who we are and leave who we once were behind. This is when we make room and begin embracing a future version of ourselves we’ve only seen in our dreams. They are peaceful, loving, kind and above all, healed.
