Massage Therapy
Massage therapy sessions are unique and tailored to your specific needs. Based from a Swedish style approach, every session provides deep relaxation, flow and intentional productive bodywork that leaves you feeling lighter, refreshed and revitalized.
Integrated Bodywork
This is a step up from just the typical Swedish style massage. This is where we can incorporate other modalities such as Myotherapy, Deep Tissue Sculpting, Lomi Lomi, Myofacial Release, Acupressure, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Cupping, Hot Stones and Gua Sha to name a few.
Energywork
This is the introductory phase of energy work whether it be receiving universal life for energy i.e Reiki or experiencing a Polarity Cranial Sacral session. These are typically fully clothed sessions and are experienced more in a verbal, visual, energetic and physical way. All deeply relaxing and profound emotional and physical releases are known to occur. When approached with an open mind and heart, energy work can provide dramatic improvements to the entire body with lasting results.
Advanced Energy and Bodywork
This is a fully immersive experience where we work with the entire system and not just the physical body. Taping into the energetic field, we are able to identify and be with unconscious blockages, limiting beliefs and programs while allowing the body space and time to integrate and innately heal itself, release emotional congestion, unwind bound emotions and tissue through a gentle somatic approach. We work with the energetic meridian lines of the body, tune into our ultrasonic core and listen to the dural tube of the brain and spine to provide coherence and alignment.
